It doesn't have to be a special day like Mother's Day or a birthday or Christmas but just because shes special to you. Remind her on an ordinary Tuesday, of how amazing she is and how greatful you are for the role she plays in your life. I spent so much time chasing things and trying to build the life that I think I needed, that I forgot to build more of those precious moments with Mumz. It wasn't till after she transitioned, that I truly realized how wonderfully amazing she is. So quick to see what is asumed as not right, that its unseen what is right. The sacrifices, the strength and her heart in all of it. My mom birth her first child at the age of 16 then me at 18 and 2 others after. She was young and could of aborted any one of us, at any time but she didn't. She kept each one of us and did the very best she could. And I have to say, she raised 4 different yet AMAZING individuals.
She didn't always get it right, but my mom was a champion, full of life, love and so much fun. She sacrificed so much for us. Mom's are doing the best they know how, while still trying to figure it and themselves out. Be that person in your mom's life that reminds her how special she is, how strong she is and that she is indeed a champion. Be your Momz Earth Angel and give her a gift just because its Tuesday, just because she came cross your mind. Give mom a gift just because she is.
